UCSF New Grad Program 2023 Questions
know someone at UCSF or straight up pray you get lucky. it's the honest truth. those who got hired either had UCSF connections, did their preceptorship on that kind of unit, or got lucky. the hospital system is very tricky. it's a lot of nepotism. I'm just being honest with you, I wish you the best of luck!

UCSF New Grad Program 2023 Questions
hey folks, I'm posting this question for my friend. one of my friends hasn't gotten an interview yet since the email was sent about forwarding applications and it's pretty weird that she hasn't heard anything. Is anyone else in the same boat? I was lucky that my references responded within 24 hours. I just kept texting and emailing and calling them to fill it out LOL. If one reference of yours still isn't filling it out, I would say put another or just let UCSF know. It's not your fault if they don't respond ya know?

so I gave 5 references (just in case someone didn't fill out on time) for managers: I put my current boss , old boss, and preceptor for others: my clinical senior year faculty person and an english professor you could put your clinical faculty and preceptor as managers. I didn't know clinical faculty also counted but they do!

UCSF New Grad Program 2023 Questions
I remember I applied last round and was in this waiting period for weeks, until I finally got a rejection. However, I failed my NCLEX and let them know that I would have my license past the date they asked for. So IDK if that was what affected my chances. I say don't give up on the hope. keep praying or manifesting. Just stay as positive as possible. Someone once told me your thoughts create your reality so keep telling yourself that you are a UCSF nurse. I wish you the best❤️

adult medicine, adult surgical, and adult transitional! Yes people could easily get interviews next week!! I know someone from previous cohorts who got an interview and offer within the same day LOL. So according to their timeline, someone could get an interview as late as the end of the month.
