Hello all,
I am at the last semester of the ABSN program at Samuel Merritt. I'm expecting to graduate in early Jan and plan to take the NCLEX early Feb and no later than late Feb. I would like to know the timeline for applying to UCSF's nursing new grad Spring program 2023. Any past experiences with UCSF to share will be greatly appreciated.

It's definitely a good sign but not a guaranteed job offer! As in you're a top candidate, but if they don't like what your references say or if they sent them out to more people than they intend to hire, then they usually compare the results and make final decisions based on that. So choose your references carefully.

I haven't gotten a single invite from any of the departments I chose. Are they done interviewing this week? It's such a bummer because I can't get a hold of HR either about any updates.
I have no idea if they're done, but I've already had three interviews and have another one on Friday so they could still possibly do interviews next week but from what they've told me, offers are probably going out by the end of next week.

The website said interviews can go up to Feb24th. some departments may still be interviewing!

What departments did you apply for?

So does this mean that even if we passed to be considered for the second interview we can still not actually interview with them? If that's the case, IDK why they're wasting people's times worrying over this. It's really frustrating.

I think it's a different timeline for each unit tbh. Some require 2 interviews and some have more. I know ICN still hasn't gotten to round 3
