Listing for the New Nurse Residency Training Program (NNRTP): Registered Nurse Training Programs

Looks like applications open July 30th, and I'm antsy to get my application together after having passed the NCLEX but not getting the Stanford new grad residency ?

According to Spring's cohort (https://allnurses.com/UCSF-new-grad-Spring-t740142/), pay starts at around $72.56. I unfortunately missed the webinar and am not sure where to find a recording. I've emailed them so will be sharing it out if it's available.

Let the commiserating begin~

anyone know if the interview is panel style?

In the webinar I attended they mentioned the first two interviews are panel interviews the first with the talent acquisition team and the second with the department leadership.

For the cover letter, are you guys including bullet points? Also I wasn't sure if they wanted us to explain why we are choosing the particular specialty track but I'm assuming not or else they would have specified.

Specializes in RN.

anyone know if you can change the documents you uploaded after submission? I know UCD has an option to edit before the deadline but im not seeing one on their career page

Hi! Did you guys address your cover letter as "To Whom It May Concern"? Thank you!!

I am not using bullet points or explaining my tracks!

hi everyone, did you guys find anyone on the application to attach your  references? or will that be asked for at a later time?

No, they mentioned in the webinar not to include any references or LORs. They’ll ask for references after the interviews right before sending out offers!
