Listing for the New Nurse Residency Training Program (NNRTP): Registered Nurse Training Programs

Looks like applications open July 30th, and I'm antsy to get my application together after having passed the NCLEX but not getting the Stanford new grad residency ?

According to Spring's cohort (https://allnurses.com/UCSF-new-grad-Spring-t740142/), pay starts at around $72.56. I unfortunately missed the webinar and am not sure where to find a recording. I've emailed them so will be sharing it out if it's available.

Let the commiserating begin~

That’s really weird. I’m not sure about all the departments’ interviews. I wish I took pictures of them before ? but I hope you’re all right and I’m wrong!!

Also, I was told that 500 people interviewed, so whatever the result is I'm proud of you all!

I interviewed on Wednesday as one of the first groups and was told we’d hear back by Monday! Super weird

Anyone heard back yet? I interviewed Wednesday and was told we’d hear back by Monday but just wanna see if those told they’d hear back today have been contacted yet ?

In the zoom interview today they said they will let us know no later than Friday if we receive an invite for department interviews!

OOH. I thought it was no later than next week? ahhhh.

Does anyone know how many people they plan to hire?

Out of curiosity to those who interviewed on Thursday, what was your q2? I'm curious if they changed the question for each date of interviews or if it was the same for everyone. AHHH IDK what they are looking for in order to choose candidates to move on to the next round since the interview questions themselves were so basic and did not really give too much room for them to see who we are as people ? I also know they mentioned in my interview they would be sending a mass email out to everyone regarding answers to questions all candidates asked, did anyone end up getting that email? I have not gotten anything

I haven't gotten anything yet. My gut tells me we will hear back by the very end of today like people could be getting emails at midnight LOL. IDK what they were looking for but let's all just have a positive mindset. No stress. No anxiety. No panic. Think positive. Manifest. Meditate. We are all so capable and deserving so just remind yourself!! No matter what happens, we will all work as nurses and have a fulfilling career.

I'm still out here studying for NCLEX y'all ?

honestly I like archer a lot more than UWorld.

anyone else have a good outcome from using archer??

They said last cohort was ~75 people and the previous one before that was ~50hires. This round they're planning to hire more than the last is what they said in the webinar so hopefully ~100 people give or take ?

I used UWorld and Archer! I did like Archer more, however the questions compared to the NCLEX were longer and gave more information. My questions for the NCLEX were super simple, not in the sense they were "easy", but it literally gave minimal information in the questions - at least for my set ?

I'm trying to tell myself that refreshing my inbox isn't going to make the email come sooner but it's not working
