Listing for the New Nurse Residency Training Program (NNRTP): Registered Nurse Training Programs

Looks like applications open July 30th, and I'm antsy to get my application together after having passed the NCLEX but not getting the Stanford new grad residency ?

According to Spring's cohort (https://allnurses.com/UCSF-new-grad-Spring-t740142/), pay starts at around $72.56. I unfortunately missed the webinar and am not sure where to find a recording. I've emailed them so will be sharing it out if it's available.

Let the commiserating begin~

On the video webinar, a staff member mentioned that the resume can be longer than 2 pages in order to include our clinical/ applicable work experience? I always did the one page resume rule so it feels odd adding more pages. Is anyone else doing this?

I also usually keep to the one page rule but since they said it was fine I made mine two pages, so I didn't have to cut out any important info.

Thanks for the reassurance! I went ahead and did the 2 page resume as well but I kept my cover letter one page.

Has anyone heard anything?!

Following!

submitted apps 08/06 early morning and all my tracks are under review (adult surgical, peds cc, & women's health). can y'all keep us updated if you hear anything regarding interviews please :)

I haven't heard anything yet either! All of my applications have been under review for a while now but I'm trying to chill out because in the seminar they said everyone who meets the bare minimum qualifications should get an interview with every track they apply to. I hope that's true!

That's great news! Do you think we could potentially be interviewed for multiple tracks then? I've been wondering how that works!!

Yes, that's what they made it sound like in the info session!

Has anyone received a response? It's making me anxious because it said "No Later Than the 8th" on the job review. ?
