UCSF MEPN 2020

Nursing Students School Programs

Hi everyone, I just wanted to start this new topic for those like myself who are interested in applying to the MEPN program for the 2020 cohort.

If I remember correctly, the UCSF application portal says they will send out acceptances and denials the 3rd or 4th week of February. When I asked him specifically, he said that they have so many applicants and they have to double check everything and we MAY hear back this week. I hope this helps ?

Choose to be an onlooker and haven’t participated, but I met some great people on my interview date on the 31st.

I got in for CNM/WHNP! Look forward to meeting you all in June ?

You guys!!! I AM IN for FNP. I am in disbelief and with whole lot of different feelings. Congrats @Doulaseason @BAMotherHelper.

I was accepted to the Public Health option. I’m so happy!! Good luck and hopefully, good news for everyone else.

Congrats everyone!!! I was waitlisted so hopefully I’ll get to join you all, and even if I don’t, SF is home for me so regardless I feel connected to you all! I was very impressed with everyone I met on interview day! Fingers crossed and congrats everyone!!!

Congrats to those of you who got in so far. Unfortunately I will not be joining you all this June as an AGNP-OEH MEPN student. To say I’m devastated is an understatement. I don’t plan on reapplying but I am not sure at this point.
I applied to another school. Maybe I’ll get in with them. Good luck and god bless you all.

I'm crying tears of joy. I didn't think this was a possibility, but I'm in for Midwifery/WHNP. This is the program of my dreams. I'm SO happy. Thank you everyone for all of the support these last few months. I was absolutely blown away by how kind everyone was at the interviews. Congratulations to those who will be entering the cohort this summer!! I am over the moon excited to meet you all.

To those who were not admitted this year, you were still an exceptional applicant and they interviewed you for a reason! Everyone takes a different path to nursing and this is not an indication of what kind of nurse you will become. You will be an amazing nurse and take your own path there. Whether you apply again, have chosen another program or a different route completely, I'm sending my best wishes to you! ❤️
