I had an interview recently (choosing not to disclose for privacy reasons), and right at the start, the interviewer mentioned they already had internal candidates they were strongly considering. My heart definitely sank, especially after preparing so much in the days leading up to it. They even gave me the option to continue the interview given that info, and I did, b/c at the end of the day, it's good practice/experience. 

Wishing good luck to all the externals/internals and everyone going through interviews or hoping for an offer!

I'm so sorry to hear this. Maybe you did so well that they might consider opening another position for you, you never know. This definitely is good practice though. Hope all goes well for you, fingers crossed.

March 6 I believe. They usually begin their NRP on Fridays.

I got a call for an interview for the NICU in January! Hopefully you guys hear soon

Has anyone heard or heard of someone receiving an interview for 4AB pcu or 3GH ICU yet?  
 

Those are the only units that have not updated for me. It still says "referred to hiring department" as of mid November.

A friend of mine had an interview for 4AB this week. She said it was like an hour long.

Hey! I reached out to the 3GH ICU after my shadow shift she said she had already picked her top candidates to interview 😞
