I interviewed on November 25th and there they said that I would be hearing back by December 8th and I received the call today!

@BRI95 just a heads up, I floated to the ICU and I reached out to the manager. She told me she has already selected her top candidates to interview so mine still says "referred to hiring manager" and I think unfortunately that's how it will stay.

No not yet, I wonder how long it takes honestly but if we both haven't heard then I guess they just haven't told anybody yet (hopefully!)
