UCSD January 2011 New Grad Program

Hallo Nurses!

I just applied to the UCSD RN New Grad program and wanted to connect with other nurses who have done the same. I have sent out so many applications and haven't gotten anything yet so am hoping this is it! Good luck us all! Anyone with previous experience about the hiring process at UCSD?

Hi all,

I applied on the first day, received the questionnaire the second day and submitted it on the same day. I got an email saying that they got it and they do not need anything from me now. I am eagerly waiting to hear back.

When was the first day. I answered the questionnaire and did get a response they received it. Has this happened to anyone else ?

They posted on the 25th of Oct. Got the Questionnaire on the 26th afternoon and replied the same day. After a week got a reply saying that they have the questionnaire.

Hi Everyone!

I also applied on October 25th and received the questionnaire the next day, sent it back to the HR recruiter and got a confirmation she had received it. Haven't got the lucky email yet, that app and resume has been forwarded to the hiring manager yet! Hopefully they start informing us SOON! I really hope it works out for me and ALL of us this time! They should be informing us by the end of the month (Nov) and interviewing soon after that....(hopefully!)

I got the questionnaire today and sent it back already. Fingers crossed!

The nurse recruiter emailed me back saying she got my questionnaire and did not need anything else from me at this time.

Does anybody know if I (we) could still get emails saying our resume/application was forwarded to the nurse manager on our specific units? Or if that was the case would they have mentioned it already?

Hey guys,I am so worried for this new grad rn program for january. I already send the questionnaire back but haven't heard from them for 2weeks i guess..any tipd that will help me relieve my anxiety?

I already send the questionnaire but they never replied whether they received the questionnaire or not..please help!what should I do?

hi impnaygirl,

as far as i know there are two nurse recruiters looking at the applications. if it is ----- (the person emailed the quesstionnaire), she normally will not reply that she received the ?naire. another recruiters name is ---- ... she normally sends an email saying that she received.

I am hoping by next week they will start forwarding the resumes to managers ( at least that is what their email said).
