Hi everyone! I wanted to make a forum to connect anyone that is applying for UCLA's new grad program starting this summer! Post below if you're interested in applying and which units you're interested in. I'm thinking about SICU, oncology, and the OR.

Anyone hear anything from Neuro/Trauma ICU or Med ICU? Still no change on my status.

i know there is a FB group for the winter 2015 cohort/applicants, but does anyone know if there is a group for the summer 2016 cohort?

Hi everyone my status now says "routed to the interviewing supervisor". I don't know exactly when it changed but does this mean a possible interview or are they just reviewing the application?

i think it means possible interview! look at your status update date and that should gave you an idea of when they viewed you app/updated your status. What unit?

Oh my status date says 04/05/2016. I picked Neuro/Trauma ICU and Observation/Telemetry

@ecanon my status changed to "routed to interviewing supervisor" about 8 days ago and I still haven't heard anything! It may go both ways based on unit availability I think

Hi everyone, I'm glad herna372 started a thread for our group. I have been meticulously scanning through past threads from other groups trying to get a better idea of the process and how things proceed. I applied for Cardiothoracic ICU as my first choice and the Neuro/trauma ICU as my second. My application status still says "Online Assessment Complete" though. I hope it changes soon.

Congrats!! I know from another post you said you picked SICU and OR as your two choices. So does that mean other units can pull our applications?

@DeniP I think they do! I wasn't set on SICU, but I also didn't select transplant anywhere. They probably just route you to wherever they feel you're most qualified for
