Hi everyone! I wanted to make a forum to connect anyone that is applying for UCLA's new grad program starting this summer! Post below if you're interested in applying and which units you're interested in. I'm thinking about SICU, oncology, and the OR.

Hey guys !! Congrats on those who have already gotten offers... Has anybody heard from Medical Telemetry Unit (7E/5EMS) ? I know they were offering only a few spots but I was curious if someone ever got a 2nd interview or a phone interview after the first one, or if someone has an offer from their unit?

I heard from the OR via email yesterday evening. Got an offer :)

That's really exciting! I believe they finished sending offers for OR candidates last night! Unfortunately, I didn't make the cut but I'm happy for everyone who got an offer! Congratulations!

Thanks for the congrats. Are you sure they are done sending out their offers? Maybe you still have a shot!

I'm assuming they're done. I asked Ms. Monsein if they're still sending out offers for OR training and she said she'll find out. But for me, it sounds like everyone got emails last night! :)

Congrats to all those who accepted offers! Has anyone heard any more after accepting an offer? I realize there's 3 months until the start date, I just don't want to miss an email or call about new hire processing

Ignore my last comment, I received an email today regarding new hire stuff.

Theres's a facebook group at: Log into Facebook | Facebook

The admin who created the facebook group appears to no longer be in it. I requested to join about a week ago and my request is still

"pending", I think because there's no admin to approve new members?

But the admin left the group so no new people (including me) are able to join so I'm glad you made one.
