hi guys! I'm starting this thread for the Winter 2026 Cohort at UCLA Health since the application opened up yesterday (9/5)! feel free to update on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

They will contact via email but probably not until late Sept/ early October and interviews may not be until November.  They won't review any apps until after the application closes on 9/15.

does anyone know how long we have to complete the questionnaire after receiving it?

I've just submitted my application! I have my ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

Hey everyone,

I'm applying for the second time! I went to the interview stage for Neuro/Trauma ICU last time and received a rejection. Hopefully the fact I have my RN license and ACLS now boosts my chances. I'm an internal applicant as well. Good luck! Its so tough in CA as a new grad now 😞

There was no stated deadline but I don't think your application is complete until you finish it. I wouldn't go past the 15th. 
Takes about 20-30 minutes to complete so just try and do it asap.

Yikes im internal too and vested. It's so stressful, there should be a more direct route from CNA to RN if you've already worked for a long time but we have no guarantees

All interviews will be conducted in November

Hello hello everyone! I applied 9/14 at night. Last day was supposedly 9/15, hopefully that doesn't affect my application too much since I was almost close to deadline!

They will be interviewing in November. Emailing about 3 weeks before the interview date, interview will be virtual. Decisions regarding the interview/offer will be sent out Dec 23rd

Doesn't matter if you applied on the 5th or 15th each application will be treated the same per their webinar sessions.
