has anyone heard from ER Ronald Regan yet, feel like it is very small amount of people that applied compared to NICU and L&D

Can I ask, when did you have your interview? and did they mention when they were gonna reach out for second interviews? They didn't mention second interviews in mine but I was one of the firsts, still hoping for the best !

Congrats that's so exciting! I have a similar question I have an interview next week for medsurg but it's just with the director not even a panel I emailed to double check. Did the nicu interviewees know that there is a two phase interview process or is that something I would find out in my interview? Im so nervous when I get nervous I start talking too fast LOL how do u guys calm the interview nerves?

I asked at the end of the interview what the next steps would be.  At the end of the interview they will usually ask you if you have questions and it's your opportunity to ask about the timeline and what to expect next. I will usually ask, how many candidates are there, how many positions are you looking to fill and what are the next steps after this interview. That will usually prompt them to give you all the info you need. Don't be afraid to ask questions 🙂

the position of the person that called me wasn't stated but they said they were from the nicu! thank youuu
