You may only post Facebook links for your cohort on the public boards.
To create a special place for your cohort at allnurses for other social/mobile application links:
1. Members with at least 15 posts can create a student "Club" for your cohort by clicking on the "Breakroom/Clubs" link under "Communities" at the top of any page in the upper left on desktop or "Breakroom" under "Special Sections" in the upper right on mobile.
2. Click "Start a Breakroom Club".
3. Invite members at your discretion.
You may post social or mobile application links once in a private club. Keep in mind, clubs will not be moderated, unless a member reports an issue.

Average time frame I've seen and heard is about 2 months sometimes little less sometimes little more
That's why endorsements get temp license in the mean time but tricky part is getting hired with temp but the license number stays the same
