Hey UCLA RNs to be! I was offered a position in the PICU at RR yesterday:) I am from Sacramento and am starting to get my housing planned. For those of you from out of town or out of state... If anyone is interested in a roommate/knows someone who needs one, I'd love to be contacted :) No pressure, just seeing what options there are!

To everyone who has received offers...did your UD tell you that HR will contact you or you have to contact HR.

Mine told me that HR will contact me but I have read on past cohort threads that they had to contact HR...sooo confusing!

Anyone know definitely one way or the other???

My UD said that HR will start to contact people to sign paperwork and do fingerprinting around the middle of July. Also depending on whether you get hired at SM or RR you will need to set up an appointment to get your physical.

Which unit did you get hired into??

Wait for HR to contact you for fingerprinting and paperwork. I know SM has a different location for getting your physical and drug test screening, ID cards, and uniforms then RR.

Recently learned that my classmate was contacted early May for another interview with MICU. Hope you received good news on the follow-up!

I followed up with HR a few weeks ago, but I plan on following up later this week if I don't hear anything. So did you not get an interview? The UD told me he was interviewing 15!!!
