UCLA New Grad Summer 2024 Cohort

Hey! I had scheduling conflicts with the information sessions for this cohort, but I've been able to attend a couple from previous cohorts in the past. But I was wondering if anyone took notes on the application process timeline that they'd be willing to share on the things like when offers, interviews, and start dates etc. may roll out. I think that would be the most specific information that I haven't heard yet. That would be super helpful!

Just sent in my application! I applied for Medical ICU and Med Surg/Telemetry.

I also sent in my application.

Because I had already created a profile and previously uploaded my resume, I was unable to do so during the application process. When I checked on my submitted applications the space under resume is blank. Did anyone else run into this issue?

I had a new account, so I didn't have this issue, but I went to my profile and was able to download the resume that was on file with the application. So you can see what you submitted

This is the rough timeline they gave, nothing more specific:

Notice of interview: mid/late April

Interviews: May

Job offers: by June 14

Start date: September

Not for me )-: When applying, I saw that there was an option to upload a new resume using the account I previously made! Were you able to fix it?

Not yet! :c However, I initiated an application for a random job and saw my resume was already uploaded under the required documents section. I sent an email hoping to verify they have access to it.
