UCLA New Grad RN Winter 2014

I've been checking on and off since midnight for the new grad RN positions to open. It appears as though the positions usually open around midnight (based on previous allnurses threads). Just wondering if if I'm the only one who can't seem to find the job posts? I've been up for the last 48 hours trying to reedit my resume and cover letter, so that is totally possible. :)

For those of you who have already had your first interview (congrats!), did you have to also answer questions in writing or do anything in addition to the interview? I've read that there have been some essay questions/math tests administered in past years. I guess I should prepare for anything! I'm interviewing for 8 ICU next week, so just wanted to reach out.

When I was waiting in HR, two people I was talking with said their program starts Feb 17th! Forgot what unit though :/ Hope that helps amarie14!

haRN29--They are very kind, starting from the front desk to the NR to your interviewer, & the interview is basic. Why nursing, why UCLA, etc. Remember to smile & be friendly with others!

Hi, I also had an interview with 7E! I have not heard anything about a second interview. Today I received an email from UCLA asking for 5 references. Have you received a second interview or received this email?

Thank you nursingstudey15! Does anyone also know if UCLA Santa Monica is a Magnet hospital? I know RR is, but I was reading that UCLA Medical Center became Magnet in 2005. I wasn't sure if that included all of their locations. Thanks in advance!
