UCLA New Grad RN 2013

Hello to all prospective UCLA Nurses!

My name is Matthew and I'm a CSU Long Beach alumnus.

I'm currently working as a Super User RN for the UCLA Health System.

I hope this thread will be able to answer our questions about the application, interview process and a place for any updates anyone receives for the 2013 new grad program.

With that said, I was told by recruitment that applications will be made available in March. :)

Thank you for replying to me! From what I remember from the interview was that she would contact us last week if we were granted a second interview. I didn't get an email, so as a result, I contacted the UD this week and she told me that I was not chosen to move forward in the interview process. :/

It may not be the same for you, but try contacting her! She's nice and replies fast. I wish you good luck on the position! (:

Hi Rn_MA, I haven't heard of anyone scheduling 2nd interviews yet. She said 2-3 weeks until it is scheduled right? Haven't heard of any ref checks either.

I got an email to set an interview up last week, and go in for the second interview in the assistant UDs and the UD on Tuesday.

Hello all,

I have my second interview with L&D on Tuesday. Did anyone interview this past Thursday? Curious what the set up was like. The first interview with the UD was pretty straightforward. Wondering if this one will be more intense since its 3 other assistant UDs and the UD?
