Anyone know if the Talent Plus assessments are the same as the one that you filled out after your application? Mine popped up after I finished filling out the application but people are saying they're getting emails. Am I missing something?

When I originally filled out the application, I had too many windows open and I accidentally 'x' out of the popup that was supposed to be for my assessment. I was totally bummed thinking that I wouldn't have a chance, but today I received an email with instructions to complete the. Maybe that's what happened.

I received the email to complete the assessment, but then when I followed the directions to complete it, a message popped up saying I had already done it. So yes, it does sound like it is the same assessment most of us completed when we submitted our applications. Also, I am fairly certain it is all computer generated and receiving this message is not an indication of actually moving forward in the process.

I applied for Step-down/ Med-Surg, CCU/ Med-Surg, and Neuro/ Trauma. I am currently precpting in PCU/Neuro PCU. Cross our fingers!!!! I applied at exactly 12:05 am. I was so tired the next day. Did anyone post their cover with the resume?

Just checked my application status and it now says, "Alternate Applicant Selected". Does anyone know what that means? Have I been rejected or maybe put on a waiting list? Thanks.

I believe it means they picked someone else. I got the same status too. I dont know how their selection works but I just hope that they actually looked at every applications.

I called and they said they are still reviewing applications...so i guess if yours doesn't say alternate applicant selected you are still in the running :)
