Hi, everyone! I wanted to start this group for those who will or are still thinking about applying to UCLA's new graduate program!

We can talk about applying, any rumors we've heard or just anything in general.

Hello; I joined because I keep seeing the views on this post go up, however no one is commenting anymore lol. So what's going on?? Can we get some info people? Lol

I applied in October, got an interview in November and a second interview in December for MICU. Both went well I feel. I was told we would hear back before Christmas (idk the method; phone call, Email, etc.). Haven't heard anything yet and status is still "routed to interviewing supervisor" on the website. Hoping to hear something good this week!

So sorry rnsearch I am just now logging in to see this! I read ahead though and it sounds like you didn't need the advice after all! Congratulations! Looks like we'll be working together! I got a verbal offer on the 12th! Do you know when we should expect the written one?

I believe all the units are moving at different speeds. Perinatal is the furthest along it would seem. They are the only unit that I have seen to be making offers but these are just verbal. Haven't seen anything in writing yet and everybody knows nothing is official until you get it in writing. LOL. I had a friend who interviewed with the MICU last week and they told her the same thing "before the Holidays" so hang in there.

Congratulations to you too! Looking forward to meet you soon :) I'm not sure when exactly they'll give us the written one. She told me could be weeks because HR stuff takes awhile. She said all we can do now is just wait! Let me know if you hear anything!
