Hello! 

You don't need prior background in the OR to apply. For the experienced RN application, that requirement pertains to having at least 2 years of experience as an RN in a different specialty.

Update: I got an email earlier saying that my application was 'sent to the hiring manager for further consideration'. I'm guessing that's a good sign?

How many days has it been since you submitted your application? I'm anxiously waiting for any status changes to occur but I'm impatient (LOL)

I applied as soon as the application opened at 12 am on March 1! So I waited about 6 days (?) I think they're going through the applications in the order it was submitted!
