Hey! I interviewed last cohort and it was a small number was either 2 or 4. I can't fully remember, but was a small cohort. 😕 hopefully they hire more. How many interview spots where there? Last time there was 20... for either the 2 or 4

Thank you for responding! I appreciate it sm. Woah that's a lot! For the other department I interviewed there were 24 spots; however, I only counted 13 for MICU this time around. So if that is the case I am guessing they are probably only hiring 1 😞 2 is probs absolute max

Yes the other units had a lot. Liver had like 50 and hired 8. MICU is only hiring little, I guess they don't have a high turnover rate

Oh, wow! Good to know. Guess it's no wonder why they're so reputable. Glad we at least got interviews for UCLA, says something. Best of luck to you wherever you end up!

Last cohort they only hired two and one of them was an internal hire who had worked on the unit as a care partner while attending a BSN program. Prior to that RR MICU hired four in each cohort (Fall '22 onward).

Hi, I applied for the Winter cohort for their SM- Cardiac PCU. I haven't heard back from the talent acquisitions team and just playing the waiting game RN. I'm thinking of emailing the recruiter for their Cardiac PCU but I don't know who to contact. Did you message the recruiter on LinkedIn or their UCLA email?
