The application for the new grad program at UCLA for the Winter 2016 cohort opens today. Finally! It feels like I've been waiting in anticipation for so long. Any other hopefuls applying for this cohort? I figured I'd start a thread so we could update each other on the status of our applications and such... I know I've poured over many threads from the past cohorts to try to get more info!

Hey all. I just signed up to all nurses just so I can be apart of this thread. I got my interview email for the OR position and whats funny about this is that I just started a job in a skilled nursing facility this week lol. Anyways, good luck to everyone who got their interviews. Does anyone know what to look out for during these first round of interviews?
I am so worried because mine still shows "Online Assessment Completed". But I realize that no one has spoken about any interview invites for the medical/surgical unit! Has anyone gotten any interviews for that????
I got an invite yesterday for the liver transplant unit and I believe that's one of their med surg units. I'm sure all the invites haven't been sent out yet, don't lose hope!

I have not seen anybody receiving interviews for med-surg. You aren't the only one without an interview so far! My status actually changed on 10/29 and I did not receive an invite in my email yesterday for an interview. Despite my status change, I am feeling a little discouraged right now too. Hang in there!
