Hi friends!

Anyone applying to the UCLA MSN-Advanced Practice program for Fall 2014? I applied for the FNP program. I figured we could use this thread to chat and update each other!

When you log-in, it would say "decision letter"- the page tells you that it is available for viewing. Then when you click on the link, it will lead you to the letter of admission. It is from the Graduate Division, not from the School of Nursing.

Last Tuesday, I got a call from one of the faculties asking me which program I'm more interested to, since I have applied for the AGNP-OEH, but my stmt of purpose she said seems to be more appropriate for the AGNP-Primary Track. Thus, I would assume that they were still reviewing our files at that time. So, maybe, give them until early next week to post their decisions.

Hello all. I applied to the FNP track. My decision page just changed to "you should soon be receiving a response directly from major program...." I can only assume this means I wasn't accepted.

anyone on the wait list have the same or something different?

Btw. Congrats to all that were accepted. I didn't apply to other schools so will try again next year. I probably won't reapply to Ucla. They have a high vol of applicants for the fnp track and to be honest I found this entire application/notification process to be very frustrating.

I recieved email from SON. I am on alternate list and my decision status online still says: To date, no decision has been made...hope that is helpful to those that are still waiting.

Iska- did you get in to a program other than you applied? You applied for the AGNP-OEH and you got into the acute care program? Is that correct??

No email or snail mail notice yet and m decision page still says, "You should be receiving a notice..."

For those of you that haven't heard back. I emailed MC last week asking if I should be expecting an email or letter in the mail.

On sat my decision page changed from "to date no decision" to "you should soon hear back...." I quickly assumed this must mean I wasn't accepted.

Today I got an email from MC stating they are trying to finish admissions notifications by the end of the week. He said I would receive an email. I'm actually reapplying got a rejection letter in the mail last year. So unless they're changing their practices I guess there's still hope.
