UCLA MECN FALL 2013

Have been looking around and haven't really seen a topic on this yet. This is my dream school/program. I am from Seattle so I am having to get a lot of info from them long-distance instead of going to an information session. Has anyone gone to an information session yet?

Congrats hopefulxo and sorry to those that did not get in, don't give up and keep trying. I'm still waiting to hear back :/ I live in Northern California so I'm thinking I might get my letter Wednesday or Thursday. Hopefulxo, was your envelope the size of a sheet of paper or more like a small billing envelope? Haha I'm so nervous!

Haha like a regular sized, typical letter-sized. Don't worry! I wish I could take a pic of the size and post it for you guys to see (to get a picture of the size of it). I, too, was stalking the mail man. I went down and he was 20 feet away!

I live near Pasadena and got my letter today! I got in!! It was a small envelope with three papers in it. Good luck everyone. you'll know soon!

Congrats. I am in la but didn't received any. Will they send admitted ones and lower number of waitlist first. I am getting worried and anxious

@nextway55: I think the delay with the mail lies with USPS rather than UCLA choosing what to send out. I mail stuff through USPS quite often and the post office in my area seems to be on top of things.

Just in case anyone was wondering, my letter was dated February 26th. I have two weeks from the date of the letter to let them know if I want to stay on the alternate list (which I did).

Did you see the rejection online or via letter? I haven't received a letter yet and was wondering if they are still updating the online statuses.
