UCF Summer 2018 Second Degree BSN

Is anyone else applying to the Summer 2018 Second Degree BSN cohort at the University of Central Florida? It seems like it is taking forever for the actual application to open up (January 1).

Hoping to see some other folks just as excited as I am!!

I didn't get any auto reply but did get the email regarding fingerprints from Charlenne. I submitted the waiver for the fingerprints this past Saturday but it's still pending... don't know how long it's going to take but Charlenne did mention in that the deadline will be March 16th (not sure if the deadline is set for me only or for everybody...)

I am in the same boat. I submitted the waiver as soon as I read the email on Friday; it still is pending review. My email also said UCF must receive it by the 16th and it may take 3-5 days. I'm freaking out a little too since I already turned down my other acceptance offers.

I think it's the same for everyone... I just asked and was told that all the results would be submitted electronically, if you're in-state. I was also worried about the deadline being so close, but they said it should be fine.

Did you hear that from UCF or CastleBranch? I am almost positive I'm overreacting, but I don't want something little to mess anything up.

I'm just wondering if it will be hard to make an appointment to get the fingerprints done.. I even submitted a request on that website but they told me it's going to take 48-72 hrs to get it reviewed...

I actually spoke with the receptionist at the Nursing College, and she said that the results are sent in electronically. I was also assured by CastleBranch that they would be received in time. But the DOAN people said it could take up to 4 days which would make it Saturday. I just think it's a case of under promise and over deliver. But I do recommend, calling CB directly to inquire about the status of your file.

The fingerprint appointments are numerous, and done at UPS.
