Just google "UCF immunizations form", requirements are pretty much the same for SSC as well.

To those who were accepted what were your stats? GPA, TEAS scores? I'm applying for Fall '14 just trying to get an idea of what they're looking for.

3.9 overall 4.0 prerequisite GPA, 85% TEAS
