Ucf/ssc concurrent nursing program spring 16

Hello, all! I couldn't find any posts on here for anyone applying to the UCF/SSC Concurrent Nursing Program Spring 2016, so I decided to start one myself. I'm currently a UCF student and don't know anyone else applying to this particular semester. Hopefully another eager applicant finds this post so that I know I'm not the only one waiting for decisions!!

Me too! I get seriously nauseous when I think about it lol. Really hoping we all get accepted :)

I think the one that found out on a Thursday was during the Summer when the school is closed on Fridays. :)

Oh dang... then I guess we will just have to wait the extra day lol. This will for sure be the longest 3 days ever haha

Does anyone know exactly how this is gonna work? Like are we gonna get an email from both SSC & UCF? (trying to prepare myself in case tomorrow is the day) lol. :)

From what I have read from prior admittances (I am an allnurses stalker...lol), a SSC email comes first and then a UCF email comes later. Also, the one from SSC says accepted to the generic program only. You have to get one from both schools to mean that you are accepted into the concurrent program. And then you have to accept your seat from both schools, so do not decline the one from SSC generic. Although, like I said, this info is just based on the posts I have read from prior groups so I could be wrong. :)

Okay good to know!! I applied for both so I will keep that in mind! Here's to hoping tomorrow is the day :)

You typically receive the SSC first and it does tell you what program you are selected for. So if it is concurrent, it will say so. If any of you have questions about the program just let us know, a few of us check this (:

Doesn't look too hopeful for finding out today based on previous classes which found out early in the morning. This wait is torture!
