Starting a thread for others applying to this program!
yes i had time too. I am interested in becoming an officer of SNA and I happened to get the Advisor of SNA! So we talked for a while about that. I also asked about a typical week in the CON. I think I surprised them about one of my answers. I saw one of them check their sheet, where they had our info!
That is great that you are interested in SNA! Why do you like to get involved? Who did you talk to? Ms Dever of Dr. Howe?
@appi-us idk! I feel like to get the best experience u should be involved in ur school. Just at my community college I'm an officer for the honor society, citizen scholar, SGA delegate, and an active member of the environmental club! I just enjoy being active and have a passion for volunteering, because I also volunteer at multiple places too. :)
Where did they get those stats? Was that the previous class?I have a 3.7 gpa and 92.7 TEAS...so I'm in? Haha. I hope so...
I got those stats from the information sessions I attended (both advisers) and from a young woman who recently graduated from the BSN program. The 66% came from 120/182. So, assuming you're hovering around the averages and gave a reasonable interview, I think it's safe to feel pretty confident about your odds. That being said, 120 applicants could have 4.0s, 95s on the TEAS, and gave flawless interviews...but that seems highly improbable
