UCF Fall 2011 Hopefuls

Hello! I am applying for the nursing program at UCF for the Fall of 2011. I am really excited and really hope that I get accepted. Is there anybody else on here that has applied yet or is planning to apply?

LOL, how funny. I just happen to be checking my UCF email and noticed I got into the 2-year program :eek: ... Had forgotten all about that ... considering I had been accepted into the UCF accelerated as well and gave up my seat a few days ago in order to return to New York and attend Stony Brook.

So I guess once again I am making another waitlister @ UCF happy :D ... Good luck to you all! Congrats to the accepted, and to the declined: NEVER give up! :up:

Paco, I also got an email about being accepted to the traditional program. I figured since I accepted the accelerated spot, my other application would no longer be active. I am going to call the CON tomorrow and let them know to give the traditional spot to someone else.

Received an email from UCF stating I have been accepted into their program...i knew I'd get in. However, I've already been accepted to another school, so I'll probably end up declining the offer...eventually. I still want to keep my name in as a safety precaution.

I will also be declining my seat. I have been accepted to two other programs (one of which I have accepted the offer and paid the deposit for already). I have pending applications at UF and FSU still as well. It is nice to know I got in though (this was my number two choice school). I was waitlisted then denied admission to two programs last year and I know how scary it is being on a waitlist; it makes me happy that someone off the waitlist will get my spot. Stay hopeful. With so many people declining their spot, you still have a great chance of being accepted.
