UCF ABSN 2021

I haven't seen a thread for this application cycle yet, so thought I'd start one.

Which fall program did you apply to? The only ones I know of are the concurrent ones with Valencia and Seminole

Fingers crossed!! Luckily they accept more people and add more people to the waitlist for the traditional program! We have a traditional thread as well if you'd like to join it

My stats are as follows: 89.3 TEAS + 4.0 overall GPA and prereq GPA. Hoping for the best for all of us!! You have really great stats and I hope that you get into the program for the Fall!

I got in as well! I got an 89.3% on the TEAS and my GPA is 3.7 overall. BTW did anyone else apply for the Helene Fuld Scholarship?

Yay I also got in! My stats were TEAS:86 ; overall GPA: 3.7 ; science pr: 3.7 ; non-science pr: 4.0

Does anyone by chance know how they are going to afford the program? I have a bit saved but not sure if my family in Orlando has the room to let me stay. Trying to figure out what sort of places people go to for loans or online jobs

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I believe you should qualify for a Federal loan if you have completed your FAFSA. That's what I plan/hope to use!

Oh wow, schools in Florida start Summer session way earlier than I'm used to! Assuming that the ABSN program follows the schedule at https://calendar.ucf.edu/2021/Summer, we would start on Monday, May 17th, 2020.

Hi all! I had an 85.3 TEAS, 3.9 pre-req, and 3.5 overall GPA and I was... waitlisted. I’m pretty bummed tbh. I was a UCF student and a Health Sciences major beforehand and this was my definitely top school. ): RSVPed for my spot on the waitlist and am hoping for better news in the future.

Also, I was denied the Helene Fuld scholarship, so there's that LOL
