The nurse manager had called me on the spot, asked if I was still interested, then asked me two questions. From there I had to wait about a day for an email response on whether or not they had chosen me to for an interview in-person. I didn't think my phone interview was that impressive for them to email me, but I'm grateful! My status changed to "Consideration for Interview" on 12/6/17. I was informed it was going to be a panel interview.
My status for surg/onc is "Referred to Hiring Department" on 12/1/17.

Congrats on your interview invite! If you don't mind me asking, do you have any healthcare work experience prior to your application with UCSD? I remember that you were invited for interview with Sharp too. :) What do you think will help my profile become more competitive like yours? Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you so much!
