UC Davis Nurse Residency Program Spring 2021

Hi everyone!

Wanted to start a post so we can stay connected through the process! Application opens October 26, 2020 – November 2, 2020 for starts dates February 22, 2021 – April 19, 2021. Any one else applying?

I feel ya! I graduated in August from a school that brags about everyone getting their dream jobs right out of school and I’ve had to patiently wait and watch as my classmates who stayed out of California started and came off of orientation already. It has definitely taken it’s toll and has been a brutal wait. Hopefully you’ll have some more answers soon ❤️

Hey everyone. I ended up getting a call from HR for a float pool position. My status on my portal changed as someone mentioned above, so not sure if that's just coincidental or if that means good news is coming your way! Wishing the best for you all

Congratulations to everyone who got an offer! I'm hoping more people start to continue to hear good news! Is anyone thinking about starting a facebook page for the cohort?

I think that was me! I couldn't remember if that was there before. But I think I noticed it after the offer.

Mine still only says “Routed for Further Consideration” which is what it changed to before I got an interview...I hope it just hasn’t been updated yet ? Congrats to everyone who got offers though! ❤️

I have no idea how it works, but it could be that that pops up when they start making offers for your department specifically, so don't give up hope!

I just wanted to say don’t lose hope! 
they have two cohorts and usually it’s taking a long time before they make calls. 
Good luck to all of you! 
Hopefully you all will receive calls soon.

Yes don't lose hope! I'm not sure! I was wondering if someone started one.

Hi all! I received an offer today as well! ? I will be a part of the April cohort! I did have the additional position listed in my portal as well with "application received" as of yesterday, so I was anticipating their call. Congratulations to everyone who received offers so far!

The wait is so excruciating, but stay busy and positive for those still waiting.
