Also keep in mind that last cycle, some people's status didn't change for like 2 months.. I wa sactually surprised it was happening so quickly for some of the people on this thread. And I don't think any of the ICU people have had a status change yet.

Same. I said I wanted NICU and those invites already went out. Looks like I'm out the game.

Do you now any information how how many people they are interviewing for NICU? Do you just know because you have a friend that's being interviewed? I wanted NICU too

Definitely don't lose hope. I was surprised by these early interviews/calls. Usually, most units wait until end of May/ June to schedule interviews!

I actually JUST got some clarification. And  it would appear that PEDS got contacted but I don't think anyone got it for the NICU yet. (Unless someone responds and says differently). It also may be a factor of WHEN people said they could start. As in Summer vs fall in regards to getting contacted.
