I have a questions about the reference checks. Does anyone have any insight about if those go out to everyone or only candidates they want to hire?

From what I've been told, receiving a reference check is a good sign but it's not a guarantee. Hope that helps!

I'm on the same boat ? I specified ICU but my available start date is for the Oct Cohort. My app is still "under review".

Hi! Did you have your preceptorship in the OR? or have OR experience? I'm wondering if they prioritize that in their applicants.

Is there any chance we will be considered after this, my status is still on under review. I am not working right now waiting for this since we are not allowed to work as an RN to be considered as residency.  I am so lost at this moment.
