I'm confused also. I honestly think they haven't routed ICU applications yet. Have you tried emailing HR?

Not yet since it seems like those who specified ICU haven't had any updates yet. I'm also aiming for the October start date so that may play a factor in why I'm still "under review". Based off the Spring 2023 and Fall 2022 forum, people didn't start getting updates till late May to June.

I know from previous cohorts, they usually interview at the same time from my understanding. They ask during initial interviews what start day you would prefer

Congrats! Wishing the best! Hopefully I hear back from a unit soon, my application has been routed for further consideration for awhile. I just graduated this past Saturday.

I applied for their OR program but was denied bc they prefer to have students that had an OR preceptorship. My school didn't offer one and I really want to work as a new grad OR nurse, but I will try to apply to surgical centers and get my experience there first. Then apply to other OR jobs in the future.
