I specified in my cover letter ER or ICU but haven't received a phone call yet. My application says routed for further consideration though.

Did anyone submit their applications on the last day of the deadline and heard back already? My application is still under review and I am wondering if they just haven't gotten to it yet.

Hi! My application status changed to routed for further consideration last week. When I emailed HR asking where they routed it to they said ED and Burn ICU. I specified on my cover letter Burn ICU/any ICU.
