Hello! Has anyone heard back from them about interviews ? Or knows when they will get back to us ?

Nothing yet! My application says routed for further consideration but that was a few weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything ?

I've been routed since 4/26, and I still haven't heard anything. It's hard not to get discouraged, but they typically take a while to get back to applicants.

What unit did you specify you wanted in your cover letter?

Wow! How did you find out what unit you got routed to?

I emailed the point of contact listed on UC Davis' New Grad Nurse Residency page!

Hey guys! Also waiting to here back and check almost every day to see if the status has changed but it's still saying "Under Review". Specified my application towards NICU so crossing my fingers they haven't already filled all the positions. I was thinking of reaching out to HR to see if they are still reviewing applications to ask if I still even have a chance of getting a job just so I know if I should look for other positions or not. I'll try and keep everyone updated if anything changes but goodluck to everyone! :)

So, I received an email back and they routed my application to Clinical Operations (Ambulatory) which I didn't even know was an option. (I do have that experience as a float LVN but didn't do any clinicals or my preceptorship in a clinic plus I specified ICU or ER in my cover letter) I asked if they would be routed to other units, and she basically said due to the high volume of applicants it's not likely its routed to a different unit. UGHHH well I guess after passing my NCLEX I will be applying elsewhere for acute care experience. Good luck everyone!!

Yesterday, I found out that in addition to Trauma, I got routed to Ambulatory as well. I believe they have the capability to route to more than one unit because I was originally told by the recruiter that they typically will only route to one. Don't completely lose hope just yet! I feel like they have not routed to any ICUs yet. Also, the needs of each department do change as nurses come and go, so you never know when more spots will open up ❤️

Has anyone else heard anything recently?
