I also know a few people who got hired in the previous ICU cohort. I think ICU apps just take longer to review LOL

I didn't specifically specify ICU in my cover letter but that is where I have done my senior Practicum and did mention it as an area of interest on my resume, so if they are going off of that, my application is still "under review".
Does anyone know if they try to interview for the July cohort first and then the October cohort? Or if they just interview both simultaneously?
