I have applied four times now in the past year, and mine still says applied and I have an MSN and CNL with a valid license. Tough hospital to get into!

For those that got it, were you from outside the hospital? Did you have volunteer experience at UC Davis, or clinical rotations there? Trying to figure out what they are looking for as all the requested documentation and "tips" have been followed to no avail. Thanks!

I graduated from nursing school in AZ, but I'm from Sac. I had no prior volunteer experience/rotations in UC Davis! I really think it's based on connections nowadays with how competitive it is in NorCal at the moment! Connecting w/ staff on LinkedIn or trying to know a connection on a unit is super helpful!

I graduated in Virginia and I am from Sacramento as well. I have tried connecting with people at UCD on linkedin as well. Good advice, if you have any connections you are willing to share, I would love that. Thank you for responding.
