How soon after your interview did you receive the request for a reference check? I interviewed three weeks ago but haven't heard anything yet. I've read that if they are interested, they usually reach out for references within 1-2 weeks. Considering I haven't heard back from them after three weeks, should I take this as a sign that I'm not moving forward for their August 2025 Cohort? I know timelines can vary, but I want to manage my expectations realistically.

Hello everyone! I recently interviewed, and my interviewers told me that hiring units must inform HR by July 10th of their official hires for the August cohort.

Interviewed on 6/4, reference check 6/17 and offer today 7/7. Overall long process. Ik someone who got offer right after reference check weeks ago too. I think it's unit dependent.
