Mine also says applied. I wonder if its because they haven't even looked at our applications yet. Maybe its for consideration for the oct cohort? IDK just trying to keep my hopes up. I'm an internal candidate as well.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get an offer after a reference check? I got the reference check the day after my interview and was told yesterday it was complete and sent to the unit for further review. Anxiously waiting for a decision now.

A friend of mine shared that it usually takes about two weeks. What unit did you interview for?

Thank for the info. It's going to be a long two weeks LOL. I interviewed for a med surg unit.
