I'm starting this new thread for those interested in applying to UC Davis's Master's Entry Program Summer 2021 program. Hoping this will be a space where we all can ask questions/connect.

I really wish they could provide just a little insight as to how the waitlist is ranked. Is there anyone who got off of the waitlist who is going to decline their admissions for another school?

Does anyone know if classes are online or in-person over the Summer?

@d_c13 Congrats!!

I'm in the 5th cohort and I have a feeling Summer quarter will be online but there's no official statement yet. The only goal we've heard so far is Fall 2021 in person but we'll see.

I was just emailed and notified I was accepted off the waitlist into the program. I’m so excited!

Congratulations!! That is amazing ?

Every time I see that someone got taken off the waitlist I get both more hopeful and hopeless at the same time LOL  still praying!

Hello all,  I wasn’t able to apply last year.  I have everything in order now for 2022.  My question is about NursingCAS,  I can only find UCDavis DNP program.  Do I need to wait til August to locate the MEPN program?  I even checked past programs and there is nothing showing for MEPN.   I asked NursingCAS and they said, we don’t see a MEPN program haha .. yep me either! I wanted to start writing my SOP and get an idea of what to write.   Also has a MEPN 2022 been started yet?

Congrats to all those that got accepted off the waitlisted! Still waiting to hear some good news for myself to be accepted off the WL *fingers crossed ?

 

@Calista looks like they have changed the application date this year. If I recalled corrected it was May to August? 

 

According to their website: Applications open each year by mid-August and close at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time) Nov. 1.

Quick question for anyone who is a re-applicant... how did you go about asking your recommenders for a reference a SECOND time? I feel like this can get annoying especially since nursing apps don'y use something like Interfolio require a separate submission for each school.
