UBCO or Okanagan College- Fall 2017

Hi there,

My first time posting on here! Just wondering if any of you lovely nurses have gained your BScN through UBC Okanagan, or done the first 2 at Okanagan College then gone over to the university?

If so would love to hear about your experience, and what your GPA was upon applying to get in? and what the course is like i.e course load, schedulle times?

I've applied to both of them for Fall 2017 and just looking for any info on what to expect.

Okanagan College is my second choice.

YES!!! I'm a high school applicant too! My application still says it is ready to be evaluated... I called admissions a couple weeks ago and was told that we should hear back by April 15th.. so idk what's going on í ½í¸‘

Mine says that too! I emailed UBCO and on the 18th they told me that my file is currently being evaluated by an admissions coordinator.

Hopefully we hear back soon! I was hoping we'd here back today, but it's getting kind of late now..

Have you guys checked your ubc account?? Mine was updated last Friday... I got waitlistedí ½í¸«

Nope... I still haven't heard anything yet! You may not be wait listed for long, and they can still offer you a seat.. Don't lose hope!!

Yeah im trying not to lose hope..! Maybe they haven't updated the status of your application because they haven't sent out acceptances yet . Good luck!!

Thank you so much RoaaRamadan!! I tried to message you but couldn't find where to do that How was first year? I would love to know what your schedule is like on a typical day! I'm such a planner and would like to get an idea of how long the school day is and such! :)
