UALR Nursing Program Applicant 2016

Just applied for the Summer 2016 AAS-RN program. Long wait until March to find out whether I am have been accepted or not. Thought I would get a thread started for this years applicants!

OMG. I checked my email. Nothing yet. I'm so NERVOUS!!!!!:***:

Im right there with you. 😱 I applied to the ASS program January 5th. I had the computer up and running and submitted all my stuff at midnight. Later on that morning I dropped off all of my transcripts. I have all my prerequisites done for the ASS & BSN program besides stats. I have a 3.70 gpa. I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm getting super antsy.

You are about the 5th person I know with a high GPA that has not got an email. Just a guess but I have a feeling they are holding spots for the high GPA'S and are toying around filling spots from lower ones first. This way they can find a cut off GPA wise. Then in the end will send accepted emails out along with wait listed for everyone else. Just a guess lol. Or at least hoping because it does not make any sense.

Lol they are driving me nutty. If y'all get on Facebook #ualrnursingprogram and click latest... Everyone is getting the email around 6:43pm. Good luck everyone. :)

They started sending out emails April 4th. They send out a handful of acceptance emails everyday until the 15th. Everyone that I have seen that got accepted got there email around 6:43pm so keep a look out around that time of day.

Ugh, this wait is REALLY killing me. Lol I wonder how many they send out a day? Because, I feel each night that I look on fb and this that it's at the 200 mark :/

Where in fb I tried the #ualrnursing no luck

Just go to search and type in Ualr nursing and click on latest at the very top.

Type in ualr nursing in the search box. Ualr nursing program and ualr nursing applicants.

I probably got declined. Called them yesterday and the lady was of absolutely no help. "You'll probably hear something soon..." Ugh. Thanks a lot UALR. Dreams flushed down the toilet. I have a 4.0 in pre-reqs. Graduated with honors in LPN school. But I guess that doesn't matter.

Send a message through the contact link and the advisor guy that was from orientation will respond threw email he may know more then the lady that answer phones.
