UALR Nursing Program Applicant 2016

Just applied for the Summer 2016 AAS-RN program. Long wait until March to find out whether I am have been accepted or not. Thought I would get a thread started for this years applicants!

I am the waiting list as well. I'm just excited that I heard something and that I didn't get rejected!!!!

I am also wait listed......I am currently enrolled in micro and chemistry. I believe the email stated something about they were waiting for the outcome of my grades to determine me enrollment for July class.

I think everyone's gpa has to remain a 2.60 or higher. and we all have to submit are grades after this semester. Then they prob have to go trough the whole process again.

I'm currently taking Microbiology and will take Chemistry this summer. I believe that we have to submit anything grades from this Spring semester.

Well, nothing from me as far as updates.... However, No news is good news in my opinion so the wait continues!

Just to put my two cents out there...I feel like if you haven't been notified, you may want to call to make sure everything was done appropriately and correctly with the application process or ask if they have extended the timeframe that they were contacting people. Just explain that you have yet to receive anything at all. Maybe that would help to get the ball rolling so to speak.

You should call because they should've been done sending emails last friday. I would atleast email one of the advisors if you think calling won't help you.

Okay everyone......I followed the previous advice and called up there. I was told because I have previously been in a Nursing program, I will have to wait another 30 days before they will review my application and make a decision. Soooooooo they wait it NOT over for me :0(

Im a really patient person so I will update my outcome in the next 30 days I guess

Who did you talk to when you called up there? My friend and I were told something different yesterday.
