UALR Nursing Program Applicant 2014

I plan on applying for the ADN progam at UALR soon. I am a nervous reck. I know there are more people applying than spots available. I have about 96 quality points. I made an 84 on my evolve exam. I have a 3.5 gpa. I have taken most of my Support Courses except Chemistry and Microbiology. I am taking Micro in the spring and have to repeat chemistry b/c I made a D in it about 10 years ago. I'm scared that chemistry will ruin my chances. I have a prior bachelors degree. I was just wondering what shot do I have of getting in the program.

Wow, there are a lot of post-bacs out there. FutureRNArk, I am also currently in A&P II - which section are you in? We may have classes together already and not even know it.

Check your emails!! I got my acceptance email today for the Accelerated Program.

I think I'm going to decline for UAMS.

I also got my acceptance e-mail for the traditional option today! (Didn't apply for accelerated.)

Soooooooooo...I applied for the Traditional Option as well but haven't heard anything today unlike some friends who were accepted. Do acceptance letters all come out at the same time or will more be sent out tomorrow maybe?? I am freaking out!

Congrats everybody. I got my acceptance email today as well. I'm in the traditional program. I seriously cried when I opened the email. lol

I think they come out in batches. They gave us till April 8th to accept. I'm assuming they will send out more based on who accepted or declined. TiredKitten said the year she applied she didn't get accepted until June. So there is still hope.
