UAB Summer 2014

I've been lurking here, looking to see if anyone would be starting a thread on the UAB MSN cohort for Summer 2014. Nobody has yet, so I'm doing it!

Application deadline is October 28th! Is anyone else applying to start next summer? I've applied to the WHNP program, and have gnawed my fingernails down to nubs over it.

It did the same thing to me. It was I can't be authenticated suddenly! You don't have to call just email them! Lol I'm waiting for a second reply lol! I think we are good. But, face it ...we are nurses. We want our documentation...or it didn't happen lol

OK, so I logged in to blazernet and I clicked on transcripts. It has me listed as a first time grad student with a major concentration of pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. I am so excited, but also sad because this was not my first choice... I did not see an advisor listed either, so I am not getting my hopes up too much yet. Is that where I was supposed to look???

Jenn,

I also applied for those same programs in that order. Do you have experience working in a children's hospital? Just wondering if that carries any weight.

I emailed IT and told them I could not get into my account. I asked if somebody could help me. No response.

I have worked in a children's ICU for 8 years. I am REALLY hoping that I got acute care. Good luck to everyone!!!!! ope we hear something soon!!

Nontradbsn22, they closed mine too and their emails are cryptic. I can't follow what they are telling me. One said they couldn't find me in the system and another said I need to call IT bc I should be able to get in. I'm going to just wait I guess.

I still can't get back in. They act like they dont know why I should. I am probably just going to have to call them. They seem a little challanged for an IT deparement

My IT ticket says I've be assigned to "onestop" to check on my issue. Oh well, I'm going to stop obsessing. This can't be healthy!!

The IT people have me bummed kemiller82 and nontradrn22. We gotta stay positive until we get our letters. We were able to create blazerIDs. That has to mean something!
