No word on the blue cards?

No, still nothing. I submitted my application late November so I figured I would’ve received the email by now? Idk. I’m thinking about calling tomorrow just to check up.

As far as I know though, the background check and the blue card we receive from that are just needed by the time we start nursing school. I don’t think it has anything to do with the admission process, but I could be wrong.

Really? ? The lady I called only said that they are only sending blue cards to people who meet the minimum requirements and never gave any dates or estimates on when we should expect them, so you are probably right.
according to the dates you were given, we’re exactly 1 month away from hopefully receiving our acceptance letters. I get more and more anxious the closer we get ? especially since this is the only program that I applied to

I know right. It’s insane. At this point I feel like my whole life hinges on this letter.? I really hope we get in.

Hi guys! I'm an ACC student also waiting to hear back from TXST. I've been creeping around on here to see if anyone has heard anything yet. I am so nervous ?. In the past threads, I didn't read one positive thing about ACC students trying to get into the program.

I called about background checks and the lady I spoke with said that those emails have not gone out yet and they will be sent at a later date. We will only need to go through that process if we are admitted (at least, that’s what she told me)

We only have 22 more dayssss?? ugh

I received an email about my background checks / setting up a fingerprinting appointment on March 3rd! Based on the other people I know who also received it I think they might be sending out in waves by alphabetical last name though. ?

That’s just my guess, I really don’t know!! It may also just be as they’re going through the applications still

I really just want to know if we have to have it done prior to acceptance. LOL

Because on the website under conditionally admitted there is a deadline listed for the submission of background checks and fingerprinting. They haven’t changed the dates from last year, but it said June? So I’m assuming that’ll be the case this year. lmao ??‍♀️ I’m just gonna bank on it only being important if I actually get in.

True. I remember whenever I called the SON, the woman I spoke to said that they send out the emails for finger printing as they go through applications and I didn’t get the email that my app was received until Jan 8. I forgot all about this convo ?? maybe I still have a chance
