TXBON/Enforcement Review/Getting in

Published

Hello All,

I am new to this but just need some advice/support really.

I started a nursing program in Ohio and unfortunately had to move back to TX due to husbands job after 2nd semester. Well I started applying everywhere and got into Del Mar College. They accepted me to start right where I left off so I will be going into 3rd semester. After much red tape I though I finally was in until TXBON made me do a declaratory order and now I am in enforcement review. DUI in Ohio and a couple of speeding tickets from 5 years ago. At the end of June it will be the 4 month mark and my case is still pending. I seriously call once a week. All of my friends from Ohio graduated already this last May and I just feel so defeated and I just want to get in and finish. I am really trying to get all of my things done before the next semester starts in August since I do not want Del Mar to hit me with more red tape. Help and words of encouragement would be much appreciated. Has anyone ever tried to go through enforcement review and how long did it take. I did my fingerprinting in December and still going through this.
